Fantastic service!!!!!! Baker-Jones Co. Inc is reasonably priced, their staff was very accommodating and responsive. Professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend using them for any and all AC work.

A very honest company. First call was for service as both units weren't coming anymore. Ronald was great, and even though I insisted, charged me for one unit call bc i was given that info over the phone even though the ticket correctly said two units. Second call was to find a small leak, crew came by twice and couldn't find the leak. Had to call plumber and we cut some dry wall from ceiling under a/c. It was a small hole in the drain pan. Baker Jones came back and they could have recommended replacing the pan and charged more, but felt the hole was so tiny, they used liquid nail to close it from top and bottom. Also found the drain was plugged pretty badly, and took care of it after disassembling the under sink pipes. Cleaned up really well after themselves.

Best A/C company I’ve come across, have used Baker-Jones multiple times and will continue. Not only have they taken care of my air conditioning but family members as well! Highly recommend Baker-Jones!
