Avatex Service company

My A/C went out. I contacted a company that sent a technician out. After testing parts, He determined my compactitor needed to be replaced. He changed it out and my a/c still didn’t work. So he removed that. From there he started explaining how he could continue troubleshooting but he would have to charge me per piece he tested. Like $350 x 3. Than he went in for the sell. I should consider a brand new unit. I was left a whole week with no air trying to determine my next step. It was to hot. I looked thru advertisement of other companies and decided on Avatex. Jonathan came out the same day. I stood by him the whole time and he explained everything bout A/C’s. His first thought it was the compactitor . I said ohh no. I had that checked already and that’s not it. He said if it’s not I’ll fix your A/c for free. Deal! Jonathan replaced the compactitor and it didn’t work. He removed the connector and we viewed it and saw it was damaged by the previous technician. He replaced it with a new connector and all I can say is I have COOL AIR.
Jonathan was professional, informative and his price was very very reasonable
considering he had to correct another technicians work. He never discuss I may need a new unit. I would highly recommend him .

We installed a ceiling fan and could not get it to work. The technician fixed it.

Jonathan works really well with your schedule. He is friendly and knowledgeable on all aspects of home improvement. His brother Victor was the one to do all the installations. Victor is polite, knowledgeable, precise, when it comes to home improvement. He also gives really good advice on where to make our purchases. They make sure everything works and there aren't any problems before leaving. All in all it felt like working with family.

Jonathan and Avatex really stand behind their product and service. Since the repair he had done Jonathan has been very communicative with me to make sure everything is working great. He is very prompt and always responds to messages. I highly recommend their service.

Jonathan came and replaced the GFI in the kitchen. He did a fantastic job and now my garbage disposal and dish washer are bothering running smoothly
