Made an appointment from 1-3p, did not show or call. Called at 4p; they said tech was busy with another client. Could not give a further time estimate, did not offer to give discount or make it right.

They was great answer all questions the only thing they need is better discount. Got back with me in minutes and scheduled was easy fixed the problem very knowledgeable .
