Best customer service of all businesses I deal with! Reliable, responsive, friendly--from the person who answers the phone, to scheduler, and then technician who comes to my home (usually John, THE best).

I was very please with Ultra Mechanical & Alief Heating and Air Condition . Their prompt service they gave my mother who is 90 years old was very much welcome. I really appreciate how they showed respect and courtesy to my mom. They made sure the problem was fixed and that was comfortable. Excellent service. Thank you.

Ultra is great. I have been using them for about 5 years now and they are incredibly responsive. I just had my annual spring checkup and two guys came (i have 4 AC units), Edwin and Jeremy and they were very nice, efficient and capable. Great guys and their dispatch office is also very reliable.

I am really impressed with the service received, we were using Alief Heating and Air before they merged with Ultra Mechanical, Edwin was thorough and professional and tuned up our aging system and fixed a problem we’d been having for a while now that other companies were not able to figure out. We are very happy with the merging of these two companies and will continue to use them in the future!

John worked very efficiently and was extremely helpful throughout the process of fixing our air conditioner. He was knowledgeable and professional, showing care, respect, and expertise during our appointment.

We have used Alief Heating and A/C for 28 years ~ They have provided seasonal maintenance spring/fall every year with qualified and respectful service. Over the years they replaced our outdoor a/c unit and have worked on the furnace to keep it running without replacement. We have never had to make a callback on any service. They have always been cooperative on appointments ~ especially for 90-yr old neighbors for whom they coordinated the appointments with us. We wouldn't even think to call anyone else, thanx to Mike and all the team.
