i can't say enough about this company's service! They said they would be here between 1 and 3. The truck rolled up- at 1:10. The technician - Mr. John Williams was very qualified and efficient. After 30
minutes, the unit was blowing cold air. The total time he as here was here. 45 minutes. I would and will recommend this firm to any one in need of ac service. Thank you, John!

A+ job!!! The HVAC system in our home had seen better days. All the components in the attic were 30+ years old, and the outside unit was about 18. Time for an upgrade to beat the Houston heat and save energy. The folks at Alief H & AC did an excellent job. They gave the best bid of 3, and installed a complete high-efficiency Trane system in less than one day. Thank you!

$140 for a service call. Way too overpriced. There wasn't even an issue with the AC, he just told me to get a new thermostat. The guy was professional, but I should have asked the price first

I had a Trane unit for 25 years (was still running), but wanted to replace the system while it was still working with another Trane. I received three bids. Two from large companies (they didn’t carry Trane units and the bids were for a smaller system than what I had) and one from Alief Heating and Air Conditioning (bid for the same size Trane system I had). All three bids were approximately the same costs. Alief Heating and Air accommodated my work schedule to do the job on a Saturday and arrived on time and stayed the day until the job was complete. They did an excellent job! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a fair, honest and quality air conditioning company.

I'm am 2nd generation customer with Alief Air. I've seen how will they took care and maintained my parents AC unit since the 1980's. After having my AC unit replaced I can say they know what they are doing. These guys are highly recommended.

The service man was very courteous and friendly. As soon as he walked in he put on his shoe shields. He was efficient and explained what he need to do. Before he left he explained what he had done and that everything was in good order. Very good.

I came home for lunch and had realized my a/c had gone out. I called Alief Heating & A/C and they had someone out that afternoon.
