I bought a new A/c unit and I always had problems with it they sent technicians from the company I bought it from, the problem never was fixed, Until I switched to Air American Solution. I never had problems after with the AC. how do you know the technician is good? when you don’t need to call them again. Called him again recently, needed to do a new attachment to your house and he is the only person that I will let work on my A/c. great customer service, reliable, good prices, & very professional & friendly.

We are new owners of a home that has a complicated Geothermal HVAC system that uses the pool to also cool the AC. After contacting another HVAC company and having our AC shut off multiple times, Raul at Air American came to the rescue. He was extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and responsive to our every question. He spent many hours at our home and was extremely patient and loyal to get the problem solved. Raul is incredible. We have a geothermal system and we had several AC guys come out who couldn’t figure out the issue. Raul came with a deep understanding of the how the system works. He not only fixed the problem but responded instantly when I reached out to him later on that night. He researched my issues and was explaining things to me near midnight. I’ll only use these guys from now on.

Even though the summer is over but the AC is vital. When my AC stop working just last week was very stressful time. I wondered how much of my of my savings it was going to spend. Raul came to my home within one hour of my call. It took him less than an hour to get my ac running. I’ve used him as my ac/heater person and he has always been able to fix my ac/ heater the same day.

He was very professional and was not expensive. He did a great job, he also told us some other things that would need to be change out soon. He didn’t just come and check what we called him for, he checked the whole system to be sure there were no other issues we couldn’t see. He even fixed some other things at no additional charge. We would definitely use him again.
