Abacus AC refuses to honor their warranties. Line “q” of their warranty states that they will schedule a priority service within 24 hours and service the installation for 10 years after installation. They (Abacus) scheduled the service, then canceled the day of. Repeated calls, Abacus refuses to service the AC installation. A second AC company will check, any repairs or service charges and personal time will be filed against Abacus in small claims court for breach of contract.

We've been using Abacus for a couple of years to maintain our heating and AC units. They diagnosed and fixed a couple of unsolvable issues that arose from another company's work and we will be sticking with them for the long term. Always reliable, courteous and professional. It's been hard to find good contractors in this area and Abacus is a winner.

Recently I wasn't able to contact our usual plumber so decided to give Abacus a try. Another very professional experience. It was easy to schedule the appointment, the technician arrived as scheduled with advance notice and was very courteous. He was able to diagnose the issue and recommend and price a solution promptly. His work is excellent.

Tony was our plumber, he was very professional and very knowledgeable. He found the leak, fixed it, discovered another leak and told me that we would have to cut into the ceiling on the first floor to access it. The next day he tells me he has an idea and BOOM fixes it for the original price and doesn't have to cut into the ceiling! Would highly recommend.

I just moved into our 5 year old house and our dishwasher was not turning on and couldnt figure out why. It turned out that a switch needed to be flicked on in the kitchen for the dishwasher to work.

I knew there was a $199 diagnostic fee but with this, there was nothing to diagnose. Just turn the switch on and it works. They still charged us this $199. I understand charging a little for coming out but charging the whole $199 was ridiculous. I will never use them again and wont recommend any of my friends to do so either.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company and the service technicians Charles was thorough, professional,polite and knowledgeable he took time to explain everything to me and provided me with quality work ,I would definitely recommend him and the company to anyone that needs their services.

Cameron and Kolten were very professional and explained the project in detail. The plumbing technician Pepe was very friendly and professional and was explaining the work he was performing during the project. I had questions at the end of the project and they came out and checked everything. I am very happy with their work and

We had an issue with our breaker box tripping constantly. Douglas Palacios came out and figured out the issue quickly. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He was fantastic.

Chris Castro, our Abacus service provider, was excellent! Chris is very professional and I found him to be trustworthy. He answered all of my questions, including regarding his estimate/bid, calmly and completely. He completed the work efficiently and with care. He provided a complete review after the work was complete. I would use Chris again in a heartbeat.

Robert Zepeda was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us best case/worst case scenarios and estimates of the cost. Thanks to his 8 year expertise he was able to give us a best case scenario. We can't thank him enough.

Cole Barndollar and Ruben were dah bomb .com!!! Both men were super professional and knew how to fix all my 1970s electrical issues. Great service and fast results. Loved my experience and thanks to Michael Berry for getting the word out for Abacus.
