I got a late start on scheduling our AC check for the year. After finding out that our appointment wasn't until the end of June, I asked if we could get on a list in case someone canceled.
Luckily Abacus found us a slot 2 weeks earlier than the scheduled appointment. We were lucky enough to get Priscilla L. as our HVAC technician. She was great. She explained everything she was doing, updated us on the status of the AC, and gave the recommendations. She promptly emailed the details of the inspection, and she offered to answer any questions if they came up later. Priscilla was very professional.

This company sent an electrician out to fix my breaker that kept shutting off my fridge on 7/1. The guy showed up on time an "fixed" breaker. Howewer that was not the problem because the later that day it shut off again! They were supposed to come back on 7/2 and canceled the appointment. I left a message and was told the manager would call me back. No manager and no service but they sure took my 500.00. What's worse they tried to get me to sign up for a new breaker box that would have COSTED 8000.00. Ignore these "good" reviews because they are wrong and fake. Go with another company that knows what they are doing and won't runoff with your hard earned money.

First off, Abacus was more than half the price of the company that I had out the day before. Super friendly, and came out the same day.

Secondly, the gentleman that came out to service my electric issue, George M., was absolutely amazing. He was very kind, and walked me through what needed to be done, and took the extra time to make sure I understood the issue before proceeding with fixing it. His customer service was top notch and I will 100% be using Abacus again if the need arises.

I called my initial installer of my AC System and they couldn't get to me until 3 days leaving me without AC for that amount of time. I called Abacus and they came by within the hour. Paid a little more for the service but it was well worth it to get back comfort in my home. Will definitely go to them first the next time I need an AC or another service they provide.

I had a badly installed HVAC unit that produced mold. My HVAC unit required replacement and the air ducts reorganized. Anthony did great in recommending a new system. Genaro, Gabriel, Salvador and Nazario did an outstanding job in the new system installation and the reconfiguration of the air ducts. Eduardo and Juan just finished cleaning the air ducts and controlling the last signs of mold. Sosa directed them all on how to tackle my project. Thanks to them all for their hard work.

Tony was very professional and showed up 2 hours ahead of the anticipated appointment time on a Sunday! He got us back up and running in no time and explained what was going on with the equipment. Definitely worth every penny.

A great company pays attention to every detail beyond plumbing. Unfortunately, Abacus failed on this.

This morning, Saturday June 10, 2023, there was a Abacus van parking on the street and perfectly blocking my drive. I could not get my car out. In fact, there was no other cars on the street. I was really disappointed that a well-known company made such a unprofessional mistake! Apparently, my cross-street neighbor used the service.

When the technician came out, I politely told him his car just perfectly blocked my drive and he should’ve parked a few feet forward or backward. However, the technician did not apologize to me but rudely replied that he was leaving. I told him that he already blocked my trip this morning, and he should stop doing that for the future customers.

He slammed the door without any words. Very emotional and unprofessional! His behavior has tarnished Abacus’ reputation.

In fact, parking the service van in the street is the first step of the service, but he failed. I hope the management team at Abacus can read my feedback and Coach the unprofessional technician to further improve their overall quality of the service.
