Had a great experience with a full system install in my home. The original system was having one failure after another so I decided to take it out and replace the whole thing. I was really busy and AC alliance was the only company that would do a zoom video conference quote and we did it in under an hour. Ultimately, Ac alliances bid was the most competitive for the features and timeline I needed. They came out and installed it in a matter of hours and the shocking part was the owner, Carlos came out personally to quality check the work. I was very impressed and now can relax and not have to worry about my system going out and my family and pets struggling with the heat while I work out of town. Thanks guys, highly recommended.

I cannot stress enough how good Air-conditioning Alliance was. Carlos came, easily found that my condenser capacitor was bad and quickly replaced it and my unit started working again. He was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I even signed up for the yearly maintenance service which was at a good price. Carlos is hands down the best AC guy I have ever dealt with. Honest does excellent work and very quick to respond. I know there's a lot of AC guys out there Carlos doesn't try to upsell you or sell you stuff you don't need he just tells you straight how it is and what your best options are.

We lucked out finding this company. We are new homeowners, and didn’t understand anything about A/C units. When our house wasn’t cooling down as summer was nearing, we freaked out. Carlos then came and fixed everything in less than 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable, saved us a bunch of money, and managed to fit us in the same day we called, instead of waiting multiple days to find us a time. Highly recommended this company.

Carlos was awesome he came out to my home after I got off work was able to look at my system and was able to tell me why different parts of my home were hot and others colder the duct system was installed incorrectly. He was able to give me different options to correct the issue. He was even able to relocate the system to the attic which made my wife happy. I would refer carlos and his team to everyone. Carlos was outstanding. Knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and friendly. AC quit working. Not more than 3 hours from first call to repair completed. Deserves more than 5 stars.

I wish I could give this business more than five stars. The AC went out, and I called several A/C companies. I explained the severity of my 92-year-old grandmother being in the home. I was told I would have to wait. Then I called Carlos. He dropped everything and came over. He purchased a window unit for my grandmother's room until he completed the service.
