I honestly can't put into words explaining how much these people took care of my HVAC needs/problems. After dealing with other companies that were overcharging and providing terrible work, I found National Refrigeration. They provided me the best price I could find and sent out some of the best technicians for the job. If you have any HVAC needs/issues, I would ONLY recommend National Refrigeration.

Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one, scheduled service appointments and the tech was a no show. it happened several times, unit was set on red bricks, it was fixed after phone calls. duct was covering window, after several complains to the owner still not satisfied with the work. my last conversation via text is included. to my surprise a duct cover fell off and it was not finished properly. unit air was trapped in the fort down for weeks. was quoted prize fully installed and working apply for loan the that verbal quote, was emailed link to apply for load. till now I have not received the warranty documents or a written contract. my last conversation with owner was supposed to call me back 02/15/2022 it's been 2 week and no phone call. AC DUCTS FIXED BUT NOT BY THIS COMPANY!!
