Curtis and his team went above and beyond replacing our two HVAC units! Curtis connected us with great people to get things like gas lines run to the furnace and coordinating other service providers to make the new systems work in our old challenging house. We have complete trust in Curtis and gave him the run of our house while the work was being done when we were out of town. Oh, and the systems work great at a reasonable price!

Curtis and his crew are so awesome. Repair technician Greg so knowledgeable and helpful keeping old system running. Then when I decided to invest in new ac/furnace, Curtis (owner) was very knowledgeable and patiently answered every question. He listened to exactly what I wanted and his prices are the best. On install day, Jeffrey was detail oriented, knowledgeable, and always polite. They even cleaned the mess... so much nicer than last company that replaced ac. I would definitely recommend them.

Jeff and Larry were absolutely wonderful. They were considerate of my needs as well as care for my property. I appreciated their humor despite the terrible heat they had to work in. They both explained the operation and care of my unit thoroughly and easily understood. I will continue to use American Air Masters for maintenance and recommend them for repairs and replacement.

Curtis is a honest straight shooter that isn't gonna sell you things you don't need! That's really something you don't see very often anymore! I'm so glad we went with his company. Steve, Larry and Jimmy installed 1of 2 HVAC units at my home. They were professional, knowledgeable, showed up when they said they would, completed the job and cleaned up. They also explained to me exactly how it worked and what I needed to do to maintain it for maximum efficiency. I got several bids on this job from different A/C companies and am very happy that I chose this company to complete the work. The 2nd of the two units will be installed tomorrow and I expect the work will go as smoothly as today.

Before I had new equipment installed, Curtis called to explain what the installers would be doing and describe the new equipment.
Jeff, Earl, and Greg installed my new heat pump, air handler, and thermostat.
They were very thorough in explaining how to use the new equipment, and they cleaned up everything before leaving.

Curtis and his installers are amazing! It's so nice to have a HVAC company who won't rob you blind like the others and still provide high quality unit. I recommend them highly if you are looking for an honest, reliable company. (Lucie, our mini schnauzer won't be overheating this summer 😁)

I have used American Air Masters since 2012 when they installed my new A/C system. Always great service and value! Just had Steve out to do an annual check up. He has great customer service skills in addition to his professional expertise. We also appreciate his safe practice of wearing a mask and his adherence to social distancing. Great job! I can assure you, if you are considering a system replacement, or servicing your existing unit, this is the company you want to do business with. American Air Masters does excellent work and refreshingly they operate their business the 'OLD FASHIONED WAY' by providing outstanding customer service both before and after the sale. I recently had some work done and Greg (my tech) was very courteous and knowledgeable on an install he performed for me. I am very particular and this is the only company I will trust and can be assured they will do it right the first time.

American Air Masters is an outstanding company. I've used them twice; once in the Fall of 2019 for an AC repair and once in the Winter 2020 for a heating repair. They provided excellent service. They personally answer their phones, come promptly and are very knowledgeable and professional..... and reasonable in their pricing. The technicians are excellent.
