Usually my landlord, Americanhomes4rent, sends the worst, cheapest contractors. What an INCREDIBLE surprise Luxe Air was! He was
professional, friendly & very good at his job. My A/C is working again & it was a FANTASTIC experience. I wish he worked on others things as well.

Sammi was very professional and courteous during the installation of my new AC/heating unit. The install and the disposal of the old unit was done so efficiently that I couldn’t even tell that I had major work done at my residence. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Sammi has always tried to find the route cause of the problem instead of just trying to do the band aid fix. When we had to get our interior and exterior units replaced he and his team were willing to stay later than they planned to make sure the job was done and cleanup complete in 1 day instead of coming back. We appreciate everything he has done for us.

I had Sami out to tuneup my system before putting my home on the market. He got my system in tiptop condition. He was very easy to work with.

Took over a month and still never fixed. Last 2 weeks Sami wouldnt even respond. Thanks for preventing AC to my family..... in Texas..... in July.
