I own three properties in the Austin area and Lawhorn has been my go-to for years. Fast, good work and very fair pricing. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Great experience all around. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed my issue in 15 minutes and took the time to explain the problem. The rates were also reasonable.

I have been using Tedford heating and air for the last couple of years. I could not be happier with their service and pricing. I highly recommend them for any heating or air conditioning, from service to complete system change out. They are the only a/c and heating company that I or my family will use. You can't go wrong with these guys.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! They do not stand behind their work, don't call back when it breaks on a weekend. I have a 2 year old unit they installed that has broken twice. They wefe unhappy when the builder asked them to install another vent in my master bedroom and only did so begrudgingly. Again, move to another company and bypass this one. I would give them 0 stars if it were possible.

They literally fixed my AC in less than 15 minutes… They were extremely cordial and informative in what they were doing.

They came when they said they would. On time is very important to me. They are very honest in their work not giving one price one day then raising it when they come out. They do the work they say they are going to do. They don't make a mess of the house and they are vet respectful. I am old school and this counts a great deal in my book. I would recommend them highly.

I accidentally punctured the coolant line of my AC while hanging a picture. They came out on a Saturday evening and were there within an hour. Their service was great, and fairly priced, especially for weekend emergency call. Almost all the cost was for the coolant itself. Highly recommend.
