NTX Air Pro

It was a pleasure having Khoi(NTX Air Pro) service my A/C problems. Due to previous work done on my unit, the insulation within the AC unit was coming off and flying into the fan. He quickly worked and resolved the issue.

A few weeks before that he quickly came over during the summer heat to identify a capacitor issue and even taught me various ways to trouble shoot some of the basic issues to either diy or receive better consultation over the phone.

Update 2021-05-31 service.
Khoi came out for a service on Memorial Holiday himself to help out with our second AC unit running heat when set to cool. He diagnosed the possible issues and worked each issue until the AC started cooling again. He's been very patient in explain the problem and steps to resolve each issue along the way. I appreciate Khoi's knowledge and hard work!

Professional and fast service.

NTx Air Pro serviced/repaired my HVAC this last Friday. We have a complaint the furnace fan is not kicking in sync with the outside compressor. They approach the issue by going at the most probable cause, the capacitor. The capacitor was in a awkward position still they were able to get to it with very good attitude. They were very professional, on time, clean. First, they check the condition of the old capacitor, verify it was out of spec/bad and they replaced with a new one. Before they install the new capacitor, they verify the value is good. After that, they ran diagnostic on the compressor and charge the AC. This thorough verification of the HVAC system earns our respect and trust. Its been a few days, the AC is running like a champ and very cool down very quickly..and the best part is, they did not put a dent on our budget.
