We had a bad experience the first time they came out, but I will have to say they made it right this time. The dispatcher was very courteous and polite. She worked in an appointment as quickly as she could. The technician was on time and also gave me a 30 minute courtesy call so I could have time to leave work and meet him. I can not say enough wonderful things about Fabian and his work partner today. I am preparing for a huge party in 2 days and my air went out today. The motor had stopped. He didn’t have the motor needed so he had to order. I was so stressed. He assured me it would be fixed before the party — he even came back at 8pm tonight to install the new motor and the air is working!!! I have NEVER had such wonderful service.
