If we could give you more stars we certainly would!!! The entire work crew from Nicolle to all the installers were very knowledgeable and could answer any questions we asked. From start two finish, they were very efficient and clean and professional...so glad we went with this company. We had two 25 year old Trane units and knew as well as they held up, even after being hit by lightning, and lasting 5 more years we would replace them with Trane units. Hesse-Schniederjan HAVC is a great company, thank you !!!!

If you are looking for, or are in need of service on an existing HVAC unit, I couldn't recommend anyone better than Hesse-Schniederjan! I have used them to replace HVAC units in 2 of my own homes, and as a home renovator by trade, I have always been impressed with their expertise, courtesy, trustworthiness, professionalism and promptness. You won't find anyone better!

This company has been great fir repairs in the past and needed new ac/furnace. Was installed professional, timely, and installers explained everything about operation.

Excellent job! It was the replacement of an old air/heat system to a new complete system with clean up removal of the old unit. Four trucks pulled up and began work immediately and didn't stop until they were finished 5 hours total. My wife and I are completely satisfied.

My A/C went our in August. The service folks were here the same day and added refrigerant. Two days later it had leaked out. They came back again and did a leak check and found a leak in the coil. They replaced the coil and got the system up and running again. Excellent job overall. I would recommend this company to any one needing service or a new system install.

This company delivers on it's promises. They arrived on time for resident A/C replacement. They were schedule to have everything complete within 5 hours. They had it replaced, up and running in 2 hours. They are professional and polite and true to their bid. Unlike other heating and A/C companies / individuals I have used in the Gainesville area. Do yourself a favor and use these folks for all your heat and A/C needs. My complements.. Ron Koehler. Update 2/18/2019. they came out to do their 6 month complementary system check. Different person came out. But received the save professional and friendly service as when they installed the unit last year. I am still very pleased about choosing Hesse-Schniederjan as my A/C - heating vendor. UPDATE: 8/23/2019. Had my annual checkup. The service technician (Victor de Hoyos) did a fantastic job. He is what we call in my business a SME (Subject Matter Expert). He found an issue that may have caused a huge problem if it had gone undetected. My compliments to Hesse-Schniederjan for having Victor as part of your team.

We were thinking about getting a new system and interested in TRANE for several reasons. Awesome rebates, financing, quality, warranty and multi stage compressor. Noelle called us back days before other 4 companies and came to take measurements a few hours later. We were so impressed and now are so pleased. Install was done neatly and timely. We had a small issue and they were here within 40 minutes and problem solved. If we could give another star we would. Thank you!!!!

Very quick response time. I called at 11am and they got here at 4pm! Brandon was very knowledgable about the issue and Sherri in the office is so sweet! I highly recommend doing business with them!

My church uses Hesse Schneiderjan for all our heating & a/c problems . Their response to our call is amazing ! They bend over backwards to help us & always come quickly ! Their employees are fantastic too .. I highly recommend them !
