Hesse-Schniederjan Heating and Air Conditioning

I worked with my sale rep Noelle in 2016 on 2 new units for a second home. She was very detailed with great follow thru. Then I found out her install team was just as detailed with great follow thru when they did the install. When I needed another new unit this year, I called her again. They installed it last week and got great service the 2nd time around too! Noelle and Install team listened to my needs and customized their install to make sure I was 110% happy which I was. They take pride in their work and it shows throughout the process!

I was very impressed with the knowledge and fairness of H & S and I highly recommend them. I have a mini split unit which not a brand anyone I have found here is familiar with. The manufacturer said it sounded like freon was my issue. I had another 5 star google company come out, they told me my inside unit must be bad and said my freon must be fine because the line is getting hot as it should. I replaced the entire inside unit. That did not help. I had them come back out to check the freon, they did and said, wow, it is basically out. They should have done this on the first trip as I requested. It needed 2.5 pounds to fill the unit completely, they quoted me at $760 for 2.5 pounds of 410A. I sent them on their way. I called H & S and they came out and checked everything, filled it with freon and it is working well, all for under $200. These are honest folks and I highly recommend them.

Had a trailer problem... not a an A/C problem... pulled into parking lot and guy helped me put trailer back on hitch.. so they get a 10 out of 10 from me!! Thank you!!

Everybody from the company, from first contact to the install crew and maintenance guys, have been excellent and have always been there for us. This new unit is very nice looking and extremely quiet. Mondo and his team were very careful and cleaned up wonderfully. Thank you Hesse Schniederjan!

The Hesses have successfully taken care of servicing my AC/Heating unit for years. A few months ago, my old unit completely gave out and I purchased a new Trane. Noelle and her install team did an excellent, thorough job! My bills have been significantly lower and the house has been significantly cooler! I couldn't be more pleased!!!

I am the Director for Your Neighbors House food pantry in Whitesboro Texas and ANYTIME we have an issue or just need a quick check of our systems, Hesse /Schneiderjan and most especially Victor de Hoyos are right there and take excellent care of us.
