Hesse-Schniederjan Heating and Air Conditioning

As I sit here in my air-conditioned office, I am so very thankful for Trevor and all of the others that helped us in replacing both our AC units. We are super happy with Hesse-Schniederjan.

Trevor was very professional and knowledgable. He gave us several options to choose from. He was able to answer ALL our questions in helping us choose the right units for our home.

The installation guys were on time, got their job done and were gone. All were very polite and professional.

We have had excellent service from this company. Noelle was super efficient when we ordered our unit and Victor, our service technician who recently did a complementary check up, is top-notch. He is professional and very personable. He has regularly checked our units over the past 8 years and is a superb representative of this company.

We replaced our HVAC systems inside and out with Trane heat pump units. They showed up with 6 guys and 3 trucks. We live in a three story house. So the equipment had to be carried up 4 winding stairs. Professional, knowledgeable young men did an excellent job. They were here early and were finished early afternoon. We felt the bid was reasonable and enjoyed working with Trevor our salesman.

From the time Noelle came out to see what would work and gave us the options there was no pressure just the information so we could make our choice. When we did make a choice they scheduled a day that was best for us.
The guys that put our new unit in did a great job and cleaned up after. It was wonderful. Very polite and took time to go over everything with me till I was comfortable with the unit.

I recently purchased a new HVAC system from Hesse-Schniederjan. I called the office and talked to Noelle. She came out to take some measurements and came up with a plan. I will say she has a very pleasant demeanor, easy to understand and is quite knowledgeable. After I agreed to the terms, She told me what day and time the crew would arrive to get started. Sure enough they were here and very professional and answered all my questions. They hung around for a bit to ensure the system worked correctly and were completely sure I knew how to operate the system before they left. I am a very happy customer.

Noel with Hesse Schneiderjohn designed HVAC for my new construction including all duct work. Design and installation were flawless. The installation crew completed my install just as promised. Curtis has completed all post install follow up checks in a positive professional manner. In February 2021 Texas experienced 100 year record breaking cold. My HVAC performed flawless. Absolutely outstanding performance from all the folks at Hesse Schneiderjohn.

Noelle and Gary did a great job getting me the information I needed to decide which systems to go with for our home. They along with Mondo did a fantastic job on the install of 2 complete replacement HVAC systems. I would recommend their company to anyone looking for help with HVAC.

It couldn't have been better! A new air conditioner is a serious investment. Noel came to our home, checked everything thoroughly for just the right size unit, returned with a bid that was very reasonable, and an insulation date. All went perfectly. Her installers were clean, respectable, efficient and very knowledgeable.

Our AC quit working, Curtis diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. The office was very diligent and helpful in finding out the details of our units warranty and repaired the unit quickly. Our AC is now working great. Super friendly and high quality customer service!

The team( Hess & Schniederjan) showed up on time ( the time we scheduled) they where professionals, kind and very business. They installed a new air conditioner, without any problems. They explain how to use are new unit and left there business card for any questions we might have .The team finished the job and clean afterward. Because of the AWESOME SERVICE, I have been telling everyone about how GREAT!, these guys are.
