This is a group of friendly, down to earth, real people. Everyone was super nice and professional, and communication was always great. They installed a new inside and outside unit, had electricians put in a new breaker panel, and everything went smooth and works much better than our old worn out system.

I recently had a new AC/Heat Pump unit installed. The entire Hesse-Schniederjan installation crew performed in an exemplary manner. The removal of the old unit and the installation of the new system to include additional ductwork went flawlessly. A very professional job! Thank you for exceeding my expectations.

Absolutely phenomenal work replacing our HVAC system! From the initial emergency diagnostic visit to discussing pricing options, I felt respected, understood, and well-informed (that’s not always the case with home repairs!). Trevor Muller specifically fielded all my pricing questions with professionalism and made sure to pursue alternative solutions when he realized the new system would be delayed a bit. These alternative solutions included figuring out a loaner situation with portable ACs/window units at no extra cost and installing these to insure the house was comfortable in the meantime. Top notch service and was always easy to get ahold of to keep me updated on the delivery/installation timeline. I’m also happy to report that the new system was installed promptly on the appointed day by two other extremely polite technicians with zero issues or added charges. This company is local and came highly recommended to me and I can certainly see why! I shouldn’t have any issues for a good while with a brand new system but I do know where to bring my business in the future!

From start to finish we were taken care of in a caring and professional manner. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done well and done right. Trevor walked us through from start to finish and never once left a question or concern unaddressed. Couldn't be happier. I'd give more stars if I could.

I will not go anywhere else for my AC needs. From my first call in to my post install I had complete faith that these guys were taking care of me with integrity and as if they were doing it in their own homes. This company is the real deal and worth every penny. They were patient answered all my question even as ridiculous as some were and they made me feel comfortable. Great company no need to go anywhere else. I am a life time customer.

This company was by far the easiest, most painless large/involved purchase I have ever made. Their quote came in more detailed and cheaper than the other company we asked to come and assess. I had asked Trevor when he came out to quote us for several add ons that would have made him a bigger sale, and he was honest and said I didn't need them. Wow! After dealing with a bad install of a previous system by a Denton company, we were leary that all that was promised would come to fruition on install day. They came out 2 times prior to install day to make us feel safe in our decision to purchase a whole new a/c heat system/new ducts/returns so soon (3 yrs) after the previous purchase thru another company. On the day of install, all who came were so friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE! Every question had an answer without hesitation. Cannot say enough good about this company. Do I recommend them? 100xs over, absolutely!

I have been using these guys for years for my AC maintenance. It was finally ready to switch and install a new system. I called them and they installed three new AC systems along with ductwork all within three weeks. Hesse Schniederjan has been very easy to work with and Trevor has been extremely professional working with us.

xcellent job. looking nice and buttoned up up f install, the team of HVAC Specialists arrived on time and fully prepared to complete the entire High Efficiency HVAC System. The crew was very well I formed, understood when needed to be done and did everything as planned. They were very knowledgeable, kept me well informed of the process and where they were in that process. They did a very clean install and left no trash behind. Everything was buttoned up and looking good before they left. Excellent job.

Very fast response to my service call. Unfortunately my outside unit had to be replaced. They provided two window units to help cool my home during the down time. (I had already purchased a couple). I was actually on my way to buy a couple more when my sales rep Trevor called and let me know he would bring me the two windows units.

The installation of the new outside unit was very fast and the technicians were very professional. It was a very good experience with the Hesse-Schniederjan team.

Completely replaced a ~20 year old system in just a few hours. Arrived as scheduled, worked quickly and efficiently. The guys were very friendly and made sure to clean everything up before leaving and explained everything about our new system. Followed up to make sure we were happy with the job and everything was working.
