Wow, wow, wow!! I called the company before they opened and left a message regarding my plumbing problem. They open at 8 and I got a call back at 7:56AM. I then got a call from Todd at 9:08 letting me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he had on shoe covers in order for him not to drag in stuff into my house that could be on his shoes. He explained who he was and went to check out the issue. Todd figured out what was wrong immediately and made the necessary repairs. He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it.to my husband. As he was leaving, he took the time to also let me know he was done and was leaving the house. I was so impressed with Todd’s attitude, professionalism and knowledge as well as the company’s immediate call and dispatch of Todd. Will definitely keep their number and use them again if any other issues.

Todd was very professional and courteous. Called ahead of time and took his shoes off at the door. I would definitely recommend him and prefer him to be my tech again (if I ever need one again)

Had a problem getting hot water consistently. L&S responded quickly to my call and Todd did a few checks on my tankless system, listened to my description of how it was behaving, and quickly zeroed in on what he thought the problem was. He had the part on his truck. Replaced it and so far so good. Very pleased!

Todd Mitchell is the man! We do have a brand new home in Ft. Worth. I'm not happy with the builder (D.R. HORTON) because every few weeks something is down, tile, walls, fence etc. We had a plumbing issues and Mr. Todd was really helpful, showing on time and doing a great job. Mike was awesome! We had a horrible experience with another company and called L&S to come out. Our technician, Mike was very thorough, transparent and left no stone unturned when it came to explaining the issue. He walked through in great detail the service plan available. Needless to say, because of Mike we signed up for regular maintenance service. Thank goodness there are great service providers out there....

We had an issue with our toilet and Todd would not leave until it was fixed to HIS satisfaction. He also checked on our water pressure in the shower while he was there. I highly recommend him!

After winter storm Uri, most plumbers were working hard and charging between $800-$1k for the installation alone of a water heater. My home is only 2 years old and the plumbing/HVAC was done by L&S. I called on Thursday after the storm and a repair tech was at my house Saturday morning (lightning fast compared to the vast majority of stories I’ve heard). The technician installed the new water heater in 1 hr ($125/hr labor) and I was given the water heater at cost. This company decided to help their customers after the devastating storm rather than take advantage of the situation. People like this give me hope for contractors and the willingness to be decent we should all strive for when help is needed. They’ve earned my trust and heartfelt appreciation.

RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!! Do not under any circumstances do business with this rude and unprofessional, no integrity having company, I’m a disabled veteran and I served with pride and honor and I’ve never felt so disrespected. 1st they don’t train their customer service reps, they just put them on the phone without any knowledge of the warranties and how they work. I had a tech come out to fix a issue that I had with plumbing and the guy didn’t ring the doorbell (I watched the whole video) and he just stood on the porch as my dog barked, then I called to speak with the CSM and this lady Samantha C. Was the absolute worst person I’ve ever spoken with, she’s rude and she is a flat out liar. I asked for Samantha’s boss number after dealing with her lying and being condescending and she intentionally gave me the wrong number and told me that her boss was in the field without a company phone so no one can get in contact with him except her. I wish I would’ve known about this incompetence before I bought the house because I wouldn’t have gotten my home based off this experience alone. I’m truly disgusted.

Had issue with drain pipe and cover in Master bath. Todd came in, knew exactly how to fix it, got it taken care of and was done in 15 minutes. Good clean work. Recommend
