Johnson Supply

Wasted my time - I called asking if they sell HVAC parts to homeowners. I was told yes, but no returns and no warranty, which was perfectly fine with me. I was quoted $160 for the part. I drove 1hour wasting gas and tolls. Once I got there, they again told me no warranty, no returns, I said no problem. Price was now over $300 ! Apparently they quoted me the contractor price on the phone. Not willing to do anything it was simply $300+. I left and ordered the part online for $120+expedited shipping for of a total of $150.

Piss poor communication and dishonest. If you are not a contractor, you are basically scum and will get charged exorbitant rates. They should have honored the price, especially after I drove 1 hour to get there.

Don't carry budwieser

Johnson Supply is an amazing group of caring professionals. I know them from their work with Enoch Electric and Air, and am very proud of the way they jumped in to help a family in need last week. Above and beyond, and I am proud they are a member of the FW Business community.

This supply house donated a brand new 16 SEER system to a family in need that was going w/out AC during one of the hottest summers ever. It allowed us to replace their system at NO cost to them. They even donated a brand new WIFI thermostat. Thank you Johnson supply - you guys are amazing.

Came by shop on Saturday before noon and web site said open but store was closed.
