Just wanted to give a shout out and a hearty thank you to Hawk Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning here on Spring St. in Fort Worth. We found a broken pipe in a wall during the freeze and couldn’t get to it to do the repair. Holidays, post-freeze emergencies and all, Hawk was able to get a crew out to stabilize the pipe the same day so we could have water in our home until repairs could be made. From the office staff to the crew that came out, everyone was pleasant, helpful and kind. Awesome rates from a customer oriented company. We found their employees skilled, taking pride in their workmanship and relationships with their customers. We will definately use Hawk again for plumbing or HVAC needs.

Hawk Plumbing came out to repair 4 burst pipes in my kitchen and utility area. The certified plumber was on time and efficient getting all the leaks repaired within 2 hrs! I highly recommend this company!

From the moment Josh answered the phone after hours I knew I was in good hands. He was very professional and very detailed in explaining what he thought the leak was caused by. He was able to get a technician out first thing the next morning. Michael showed up and was just awesome! He explained the process and options we had with fixing the leak. Their pricing is more than fair and he was very quick with the repair. It was a plus that he was great with my 1 year old son who was very intrigued by him, haha. Want a plumber you can trust? Listen to my experience! I had what I thought was a significant leak in my home. Potentially a slab leak. I reached out to Hawk to have someone come to home to perform a leak detection service. But, instead I spent time on the phone talking with their Project Leader about the issue and ways to troubleshoot. I had already done some troubleshooting, but the Project Leader suggested one more check of the sprinkler system. I was traveling, so told him I would get to that check on Saturday. He said that if I find a fix to just call back in on Saturday to cancel the Monday appointment. No fee. I ran the sprinkler check and it was the problem. Think about that. A plumber who was willing to help knowing he may not be compensated. That is as honest and trustworthy as you could be in running a service business. Can't say enough good things about this limited engagement. I'll come back to Hawk each time going forward.
