We called Hawk because my father in law has been using their services for years. Our downstairs unit wasn't cooling and the upstairs unit wasn't working at all. Zack came out to our home this morning at 8 AM on Sunday to repair our HVAC system. He is very conscientious shows a high level of knowledge and integrity. My husband and I had a great experience with Hawk Plumbing Heater A/C Inc! Michael and Devin were exceptional!! They were very knowledgeable and professional on how they resolved our leak! We had a very hard to find underground water leak that was undetectable from the surface. They systematically shut down different areas of our property to find the exact location of the leak. We are so thankful for their diligence and integrity! They were really nice and very considerate of our property and pets! We would definitely recommend them!

During the most recent heat wave the air conditioner stopped working at my house while I work out of state with my parents living there. After reading the reviews on Hawk Plumbing I called and spoke with the office manager and explained I live out of state, my elderly parents reside there, and have been complaining about how hot it was getting inside.

I was extremely pleased to hear they prioritize calls for the elderly and she thought they could be there within 2 hours. As fate would have it they showed up early. Amazing!

The technician spoke with me over the phone and explained what the problem was and asked if I had any filters there so he could install them. I have an older unit so they had to be ordered but he said he'd come back to install them if needed. My parents loved him as he was really nice and didn't try to upsell them or be pushy.

When I called to schedule the appointment I was given a $30 coupon. The next day I received a call from the manager explaining the discount was not applied and that they'd be mailing us a check for it. I thanked them for their honesty as I would've never known it wasn't applied.

This company is top notch! Very professional, provided the service agreed to in a timely manner. When my pipes burst during the 2/2020 winter storm, they were the first to respond and help and then quoted the job competitively for repairs. They show up on time, go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality, and are respectful and professional from the initial phone call to the completion of the project. I highly recommend Hawk. I wish I could utilize them for ALL home improvement needs.

We wanted a leak in an outside faucet simply capped. But Michael showed up just thirty minutes after we phoned Hawk (on his way to the shop) and said it would take the same amount of time to fix it . . . and he did in thirty minutes! Yes, the cost was high for an emergency visit at 7:00 on a Saturday morning (with hundreds of other emergency calls during the 2021 winter storm), but still quite reasonable. An honest and efficient company! Even the woman who answered the phone (before business hours!) was most curteous. We highly recommend Hawk Plumbing.

Great experience and great service. I had a leak under my kitchen sink so I called Hawk plumbing and they were able to schedule an appointment the following morning. The technician Mike Smith came out and took care of it in less than an hour. He even ran to home depot for a part and got back in a timely manner. I thought I was going to need new pipes but he was able to adjust a few things which saved me money. He was professional and did a wonderful job. Will definitely use them in the future.

Over several years, Hawk has provided prompt, reasonable, and trusted service. My system was old and was replaced as needed rather than what might have been unnecessary work.
