Great fast friendly service. No bs straight to the point on what my a.c. needed. I would definitely recommend Arthur Hagar to anyone that is tired of getting messed around with other a.c. companies just trying to make money off you. Arthur Hagar is the place to call.

I received a call today from Brent with Arthur Hager AC. He was totally professional and understanding. It's not often companies return a call to make things right and get the job taken care of. I so appreciate this type of employee. .

A couple weeks ago our a/c went out, which made for one very unhappy infant. The technician came out within a fews hours and fixed the problem on the spot. It ended up being much cheaper than I expected, too. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely being using this company again!

o.k. service but wait times are too long...waiting 5 days for someone to come out to just look at your A/C which is not working at all, in the summer, in Texas is not good. They could probably hire a few more people during busy/dangerous months. We have gone through this two years in a row, The unit is not that old.

The contractors arrived on time and did a marvelous job. Everything about the entire experience was great. We plan to use them in the future.

Worst service ever!!! From the woman on the phone in service, that acts like you are disturbing her day, to the technician that came out and immediately says their is nothing he can do to help us today!! Worst company from top to bottom. Do not ever use them unless you want to be totally frustrated. We waited 10 days in July with our house in the 80s only for the tech to leave after doing nothing!!!!!!

Was so thakful for Arthur Hagar for fixing my air conditioning! I was so pleased with the customer service and the work they did. It's not an easy job, but they were so respectful and did a great job!

I used Arthur Hagar when my AC went out and they were amazing. They responded timely, and they were so customer focused, and professional. I would highly recommend them. I will never use anyone else.

I am so thankful for the hard working team that replaced our unit in the attic today. With outside temps at 104 today I don't know how they survived! So nice to come home to a cool house this evening! Thanks again.
