AC Services Heating & Air Conditioning

The rental company I use hired this company to come out and look at my unit. My unit and thermostat have been off since Saturday. It was a emergency service I requested but it is now Monday and still have not heard a word from them the emergency services phone services is a joke they have no update on when someone will be able to come out just that they have received my messages. I do not suggest using this company this is ridiculous to allow a emergency call to go on multiple days without even a phone call.

Our thermostat went out today, Mathew arrived with in 30 min. We were very impressed with his work and how nice and professional he was. Highly recommend using AC Services Heating & Air Conditioning. Karen & Randy Bolin

I put in a request yesterday to have my A/C checked because it wasn't cooling properly. AC services has already come out and took care of getting us cool again! The technician Seth was so polite and assured me he would get everything back up and running soon. He kept me informed as he checked each room and outside of what was going on. I would recommend them to my family and friends for SURE!!! V. Woods

World Class Service! Words cannot describe how amazing James "Owner", Garrett - Son and most importantly the Service Tech - Quinton! As you can imagine when your A/C shots down at 5:00pm and it is Hot one in Texas - alot of stress and fear of what next...Not in this case - from the initial call, arrival of field tech and communication with the Owner to verify concern - leave go get required part return promptly and repair - We now have a/c - my family and dogs are so grateful! they came to my house 4 separate times to attempt to fix a vent that was leaking condensation. after the 4th time i thought it was finally fixed so i bought a new dresser..... that is now water damaged. if you want something fixed the first time (or even the second, third or fourth time), don’t call them!

Horrible company don’t use them. The guy that came out was working on my heat when the carbon monoxide detector went off, I opened all the windows and doors and it seemed to stop. I rechecked the detector after he left and the batteries were missing, who takes the batteries out of a carbon monoxide detector? We could have died in the night if there was a serious leak of it and no one would have known.

Trey was very informative and was the most thorough of any of the guys that have been out. I highly recommend him for your AC work.

Our AC went down on a hot July day and by dark our AC was running ice cold again. Thank you AC Services Heating & Air Conditioning for going above and beyond to get our unit fixed!

Showed up and screwed up our a.c. unit instead of repairing it. When confronted about it trys and denies it. Then wants to be super rude and laughs about his screw up telling me it's my problem now to deal with!
