Willard Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing

Not sure how they do thier background checks on hiring thier General Manager Marsha Griffan but if you keep doing work with her you will find out what kind of bad person she is. Not saying anything bad about Willard A/C but if she keeps on you will see how she conducts business. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work for her and the business. I speak from experience do your homework just saying.

Charles was able to answer all my questions with confidence. Water heater needed to be brought up to code so I was given several options. I'm very satisfied with the installation.

Edit to my previous review of 5 stars. Not only did we fail city inspection on our brand new units that got installed, but we also failed inspection on the units that were installed a year ago. BOTH INSTALLED BY WILLARD. The fact that this company couldn’t get it right twice in a row should tell you all you need to know. They get a second star for coming back and fixing the issues, and that’s pushing it since I have to use my own PTO to come home and sit around while they fix it and while the city has to come back out and reinspect.

I called late on a Sunday with a water leak issue in my tankless water heater. Bryan immediately called me back in a couple of minutes and he was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable and courteous, and he even helped me with a big cost saving idea related to the issue. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and professionalism. Great job Bryan & Willard Heating, Plumbing and Air. I will certainly use y’all again in the future!

Repair person was very knowledgeable and precise, very friendly and professional. Went straight to problem and resolved it. He also pointed out all other noticeable issues with suggestions. Very pleased with his service.

I cannot properly state how amazingly helpful they were when installing our new AC. The people who installed it were very helpful with my questions. The person we originally spoke to who came by to give us more detail and pricing was also very good. I know who I will be going to for all AC and plumbing needs going forward.

Chuck came out and replaced our aerators, simple fix and water pressure was back to normal. Willard was nice enough to waive the service fee on the plumbing service (as a promo).

Ricky Shelhorse did my spring a/c maintenance. He did an excellent job. He changed my a/c breaker which was no longer working. He was great
with my German Shepherd Dog. I want him to come back for service next time!

The technicians were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, clean, courteous and thorough. We needed a new AC unit and they came the next day and installed it. We will be using them in the future.
