Willard Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing

Had a small issue with my unit and Willard came out first thing in the morning. Joel Melgar fixed it right away-just a minor maintenance thing. He explained everything and was very nice-so happy with my service!

Omar Martinez came out - very informative and thorough. He’s awesome and trustworthy!

Joel Perez came out to install my new AC and Furnace. He did an amazing job! Worked hard, was kind and got everything running perfectly!

If I could give them a 10, I would. I have been without air for 9 days, called this company and they came out the same day. All stars ⭐️ in my opinion.

We have used Willard for several plumbing issues now. Chuck came out today to deal with an issue with a previous toilet installation. Not only did he give me a good and cost effective set of steps to troubleshoot the issue he took time to answer questions and make two minor fixes for an unrelated plumbing question. He was friendly and professional and clearly very knowledgeable. I will absolutely call Willard again if the need arises (and will ask for Chuck in particular!) and I would definitely recommend them for dealing with plumbing issues.

Brian was a great help. We installed an April Air ERV last year and he inspected to ensure we had done correctly and showed my son what needed to be done. I haven’t been able to live in my house in over a year cause of breathing issues and after his findings I am finally hopeful. They are a great company. My family and I Have used them many times.

I requested a repair to landscape lighting in 1 of 3 trees. Lights in other 2 trees working fine. Everything else in my house working fine. What I got was estimates totaling $13K for an overhaul of my electrical system. My landscape lighting was not repaired. Needless to say I will be getting another opinion.

Chuck and Bailey did an outstanding job inspecting the plumbing of a house I was considering purchasing. They ran a camera through the plumbing system and gave me a very thorough report. They were really honest straight shooters which I appreciated. They answered all of my questions respectfully and I felt well informed after speaking with them. They made reasonable recommendations about what services they thought would be beneficial to maintain the health of the system. All of their recommendations felt genuine and not like a sales pitch. I'd highly recommend these guys!

Bryan came out and looked at our walk-in tub & I was very encouraged as to his ability to repair a walk in tub that leaked & the cold water knob would not turn. He was very respectful of the surrounding stone work not being disturbed.

Service technician Rylee Littrell came out and diagnosed our home AC problem. He was very professional and explained causes of our subpar AC system performance. He resolved our issue and we would surely use him again.
