I had the privilege of hiring Bryan Kitching as my plumbing technician, and I can confidently say that he is a true professional in his field. Bryan's expertise and dedication to his craft were evident throughout the entire service.

I HIGHLY recommend Willard to any prospective customer. Three years ago they installed a new AC system for me and everything was great. Flash forward to today and there were a couple of system issues that developed to which we discussed the remedies. Not only did they repair those system issues, but they also cleaned all of the ducts and the system as well. Now that is standing behind your WORKMANSHIP! There are only two follow-up issues to resolve but I wanted to get this out there while it was fresh in my mind. Thanks to Victor, Lamar, Bobby, and Enrique for your excellent customer service!

Late follow-up update. One of the two issues I was waiting for was the pictures taken of the conditions and repairs to my system and I did finally receive those. The second issue was a bench test on the gas valve that was deemed faulty by Willard and was replaced. Since it was not the issue and a loose motherboard connection was, ~$200 hangs in the balance. I have contacted Willard twice and no response from them. I am apprehensive now on my glowing review....... :(

Johnathan & Eric did a very thorough spring periodic maintenance on my two systems. They explained everything they found and what their recommendations were. Very courteous and respectful. Would definitely like to have them do the next cycle.

Burton, Josh and Q were great! They were all so kind and explained everything they were doing to make sure my home is safe and up to code. They installed a new electrical panel and all new outlets in my 40+ old home that had never had any electrical work done so it was a big job. I have used Willard for my heater and air conditioner in the past and they have always been excellent.

Carlos Rivera from Willard Air came out to perform a maintenance check on my AC unit. He was very professional, knowledgeable and timely. He explained everything going on and educated me on my AC unit. Thanks again Carlos

No one enjoys repair calls but it was a pleasure doing business with Carlos. He was very professional. He explained the issue thoroughly including how the system works and how over time it breaks down and needs repaired or replaced. He went over all of my options from repair to replacement and at no time did I feel like I was being pressured. I highly recommend working with Carlos.

Eric was very thorough and professional and very sweet to my dogs who were constantly in his way! He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain his findings. He’s definitely an asset the the Willard family.

I called the right place! I spoke to a young lady about what I was going thru with my plumbing and she said someone would be out within 2 hours. In not more than 15 minutes, Chuck called and said he was on his way! Chuck was friendly, knowledgeable and handled the problem efficiently. I got some good advice from Chuck too that will help me in the future with my home plumbing. I gotta say WILLARD AIR CONDITIONING and plumbing are organized and get the job done! We have been using Willard's AC/Heating services for many years now. They are the best AC/Heating service we have ever used. They are very professional and take the time to explain options without pressuring us. The two technicians today, Patrick M. and Emorrick, did an excellent job. I will continue to use Willard.
