Milton did an exceptional job with my install and I’m very pleased. Great communication with the install team and everyone else involved. Was well taken care of through out the whole process.

Over Priced on the estimate and I feel like he went out of his way not to have to do the call. Faulty wiring? It's was working a little keeping the temp in the house at about 77 degrees, but thanks for fixing the Faulty wiring because now it doesn't work at all and it's as hot inside as outside.

Tyler Haygood, was great at explaining what preventative steps I can take to make sure my indoor and outdoor units are maintained in good condition and minor things to look for especially the signs of growth on the inside the unit. He was diligent in his inspection and recommendations. He cleaned the outside unit and wiped any areas that he saw may create minor issues. Great guy overall and amazing customer service. I will request him to come back for my next inspection.

Payton did a great job servicing our AC system. He arrived only a few hours after I called to request service.

Carlos Rivera is our senior technician. He is professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He generally cares about his customers and the company he works for. Would highly recommend him and Willard heating & Air.

Tech came out and tried to charge me $6,500 for a water heater replacement. Said bringing it up to code was the reason for the extra cost. The two other licensed companies that came to give a quote was $1800 and $2200. Fire Chuck.

Chuck quickly found good solutions to complicated problems! Great attitude, very friendly, and Was very patient with other contractors at the job. Highly recommend!

Today was the first time for Plummer. He went over all areas. Bathrooms,kitchen water heater and made recommendations on replacement. Both did an awesome job on answering questions.

Very professional and efficient. I was told everything upfront from the issues and what it would take to fix them. Prices are reasonably adjusted to today's economy. Will continue to use again.

I scheduled this appointment last week. The technician (Baylee) was very prompt and professional and courteous. He made me feel as though he was concerned about resolving my issue. I will call this company again should I need the help. Baylee was outstanding. For me it's professionalism and the fact that they are considerate of my property which he was both as well as solving the issue.
