Our AC went out in the middle of July! It was easily 90°F inside our house. Dustin and Triple A came within the day to help keep us comfortable. We got our new system installed within just a few days! They have a friendly staff answering phones, upfront pricing, and knowledgeable techs. Also we’re very considerate to wear masks and protective gear in our homes as well as cleaned up after themselves. We will be using Triple A indefinitely! Thank you again!

James Baldanza came to inspect the new HVAC system Triple A Air installed earlier in the week. First. the install crew was very professional and explained what they did and found a great place for a new return vent. James was Superman...he. leapt a tall ladder to get into the attic and checked the system, installed a surge protector, and answered all questions...and best of all really nice young man. I hope he will be my maintenance tech.
Bryan and Steve did a fantastic job at my home today. They cleaned and serviced my three units. Bryan had been out to our home a few times before and has shown himself to be professional, honest, and hard working and Steve showed these qualities as well. I have always been leery of AC repairmen in the past but with AAA and Bryan, I feel like I can trust what they are telling me as this company operates with integrity. They treat your home with respect and upmost cleanliness, with laying down a red carpet outside your front door and wearing booties over their shoes so they they do not bring in any dirt and I appreciate this. It gives me peace of mind knowing that we have a reliable company to call when something goes wrong with one of our units and we have signed on to their maintenance plan as well so that hopefully we don’t have as many of those type of calls. I highly recommend AAA.
We have been using Triple A for about 3 years now. We purchased our Lenox AC from them when our old unit went out. They have always provided excellent service from the install to our yearly AC check. Their team members are always professional, efficient and informative. They also always put shoe covers on before coming into the house. Kyle T. was out tech today and he did an awesome job! As someone who lives in Texas, you know you have to put up with heat in the summer, but you don’t want to have to put up with it in your home. When I arrived home from work at 3:45 and it was 81 degrees inside, I promptly called Triple A. I was given a time frame of 6-8, but my technician Bryan and his assistant, Matthew were here before 5 o’clock. They diagnosed the issue, had it fixed and my house cooling back down by 5:30! WOW! I am super impressed with how quickly Brian and Matthew arrived and completed the repairs. Thankful for their knowledge, professionalism and my cooler home.
I called Triple A Air Conditioning a little before noon on a Friday about a noise I could hear coming from the AC closet. I was able to get an appointment for the same day. Bryan arrived early in the 2 hour window and was able to diagnose my problem almost immediately. I was also due for my spring checkup so he performed the checkup and fixed the problem as well. Everyone at Triple A has been great!
