The entire staff at Triple A - from quoting to install and aftercare - are the BEST! We've been burned by other service providers in the DFW area (most companies act like they don't care about your business) but these folks treat you like family! We got a very competitive quote on a new unit, the install was very quick and very well done, and we feel like we got a very good value to boot. We'd recommend them to anyone in DFW needing HVAC repair, maintenance or an entire new system.
What an amazing experience! I called the company and Daniel was here within 2 hours! Daniel was not only knowledgeable and professional but very honest and efficient in his repairs! He had my heat working within an hour! An extremely personable gentleman with a generous spirit. Tripe A is fortunate to have such a representative for their company.
Bryan and Matthew were great! They were respectful of our home, wearing masks and shoe coverings at all times in the house. They performed routine maintenance as well as addressed a noise that we had recently started to hear when the AC kicked on. Bryan explained his findings in detail which we appreciated. The noise was an easy fix. They did not “find” something wrong and try to upsell us. He assured us that our system was still in good shape and functioning well despite it’s old age. Extremely professional and honest. Would highly recommend Triple A!

Daniel Penn came out today to address problems we were having with airflow. He was prompt, took his time and repeatedly explained options clearly with patience. I feel very comfortable using this company and recommend them to call for air conditioning and heating issues. I also appreciated no pushy upselling some other companies like to do.
Bryan did an awesome job replacing the fan motor on my AC unit. He was extremely responsive to my calls, and get me up to date on progress across a couple of days. He went out of his way to find me a fan motor as quickly as possible on a holiday weekend when my AC was out. Would definitely recommend Bryan and Triple A to anyone!
Bryan was great from the moment he arrived. I have a baby and 3 energetic dogs, he was respectful and nice to all of them. He took pictures to show me what he could see and to help educate me on how to take better care of my AC. He was very informative, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to continue using Bryan and Triple A Air for our regular AC maintenance.

2/2 update... Daniel came out to do some maintenance today and I just love the level of professionalism in continuity that he brings to each visit. I trust his recommendations and experience that he brings and his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that the company has the right reputation it's really remarkable in this day in age.
I have had nothing but the best experiences with this company. I found out about them just because their truck was in the neighbourhood and I ran out and asked the guy to help me, lol. Yesterday I called them to find out why my heater wasn't blowing and they had someone out within just a couple hours. Daniel came out and he was simply amazing. He took the time to explain things to me in layperson's terms...he resolved my issue quickly and followed up with me today to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. The other thing I loved about Daniel was that he took the time to make a personal connection and I think in this time of social distancing that is very important. Thank you Triple A. All your techs are top-notch.
I work in hospitality and almost never expereince the level of service I give in other industries. Triple A and Daniel Penn have made this by far the best experince I have ever had with a company including commerical services.
I called them on a Friday afternoon when our AC had stopped working the previous day and they were able to get out to assess the issue within a few hours as they had a cancellation. Price to diagnose was fair, and our tech Daniel was superb. He delivered the bad news that the compressor was bad and jsut ut of warranty and gave options without at all trying to oversell. Since they were not able to get it up right away and would have to speak to the parts warehouse (on saturday) Daniel showed genuine concern and interest offering to help install the old window units we happened to have in the garage. We were told it might be until Wednesday before they could install - but sure enough monday morning they called stating they could get out the same day! It took less than 4 days, including weekends, from our unit going out to a full replacement. They have the best customer service, I would HIGHLY recommend Triple A and they will always be on my call list anytime we have an issue.
