If you need AC repairs or a new system, Triple A is the only call you need to make. Techs are knowledgeable, friendly and prompt (both Daniel and Ryan came out). After a couple of repairs, our 21 year old system was finally on it's last leg. Triple A sent out Chris from sales on a Saturday to give us replacement options. Our new system was installed the following Wednesday. Install is very well done, clean and neat, no mess left behind. They were done and gone in about 4 hours. Great financing options too.
Steve was our A/C repairman. He was very professional, knowledgeable & pleasant to talk to. He recommended the maintenance program. The price is great so we took that out for them to come out twice a year. And the repair was very affordable. We are so glad we called Triple A air conditioning service. We totally recommend them. Would love to have Steve come back to service our A/C. Thank you Steve & Triple A!

I called Triple A to have someone come out and perform fall/winter maintenance on my furnace. James Baldanza was my tech. He took his time and did a thorough job of checking everything out. Since my unit is a gas unit, I asked about a low level CO detector. He didn't have one on his truck but scheduled a time to come back out and install one. He arrived early in the scheduled window and did the install. I've been very happy with my unit and the prompt service I get from Triple A.
I chose Triple A Air because they convinced me that doing it right, and customer service was a priority,and after the installation was complete, they proved they were true to their word. Dustin,James,Peter and the rest of the installation crew were very professional,answered any questions and addressed any concerns I had, all around excellent experience.
This was my second time to use Triple A’s services (first time was for an annual cleaning) and my experience with Bryan (technician) was just as pleasant as my previous experience with Anna (technician). I was notified prior to his dispatch via text with his picture and his arrival was within the time frame given. He was very nice, polite, confident and was able to solve my heating issues promptly and in my opinion, the cost of the service call was reasonable for what needed to be done. Having an aging Ac unit, it’s nice to know a good trust worthy company that I can call upon.
They are very responsive and professional. Repair went well. Be aware that they charge approx. $500 per hour labor, or that is what they charged me. Of course if your AC is out you have to pay it. Use them if you don't mind the extra cost and need the job done quickly.
