Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating and AC

My AC stopped working and I called Strittmatter because of all the great reviews they have. Now I know why.
They were able to send a tech out the same day. Having non stop 100° days and to have your AC stop working is devastating. But they understood and found a way to have someone come out and a few hours later, Andy showed up. He is great. Andy checked our system and found a circuit board shorted out during the power surge I had a few days earlier, (probably need to cal the electric company and complain...lol). Anyways, he could not get the supplier to answer their phone so he drove out to Carrollton and found one in stock. An hour later we had our AC working again. Will definitely use Strittmatter again and refer them to everyone.

We finally found out our aging A/C needs replacing. To be expected since it is 16 years old. Strittmatter rep was very professional and explained our choices in detail. We were very satisfied. James H. was someone I highly recommend.

Jay responded to my emergency call right away, and he is on the way within 1 hour. This is my first time using StrittMatter, and I’m impressed with how rsponsive and professional they are. Jay helped me fixing my clogged drain in the kitchen under garbage disposal. He tried to use pressure unclogger (not sure of the name), but it didn’t work. So, he had to take down the pipes and removed the debris manually. I live in a townhouse, and it took me a few calls to find plumbers that are willing to take townhouse job. I will recommend and definitely use StrittMatter again for my plumbing and other needs that they can provide.

Both Dylan Taylor and Parker Kennedy were the absolute best service people I have ever dealt with. Professional and yet friendly. They did a fantastic job and went over and above to move things and leave the area spotless. If I ever need to use this company again I will ask for these two gentlemen by name.

Great experience! Dylan and his associate were very thorough in finding the leak and fixing the problem. They arrived on time and the cost of repairs were reasonable. They cleaned up and put everything back as it was. They offered pictures and suggestions for future purposes. I would definitely recommend Strittmatter.
