Hunter was through and continued until he found what time problem was and then took steps to get the part and made appt to count back and fix it! This company has serviced my air conditioner and furnace for 10 years and always been very reputable!

Jay was our plumber, he arrived on time, explained everything that needed to be done to fix issue and price options. Very professional and super neat and clean- not easy to do when dealing with an icky drainage issue! I’ve used Strittmater before - they are the only company I will use for plumbing issues/ always do a great job

Jay was amazing! He gave me his card and got right to work on a Saturday. Set up his tools and explained his recommendations and the cost and how to save me money. He was professional and very respectful. These guys were open when others were closed and they were top tier talent. So impressed!!

Outstanding. I was able to schedule online, love that option. They sent a picture of the tech so I would know who to expect, and he arrived right on time. JJ was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and then took the time to explain to me what was going wrong and what needed to happen to fix it, along with the expected costs. Very fair price for the work to be done. I will definitely be calling them again when I need additional plumbing work!

My AC stopped blowing cold air at night, replaced the filter in the morning, but no luck. After waiting couple of hours still no cold air. I have a newborn at home and was desperate to fix it the same day. Called Strittmatter at noon, a technician named Rocky arrived by 3:30 pm. He did some quick investigation and figured out the capacitor went bad. Changed it and the ac started blowing cold air. What a relief! I am very pleased with their quick response and service. I have used Strittmatter before for plumbing job, and they were up to the mark this time as well. Will definitely use them again.
