I was impressed with the professional and knowledgeable manner from the very first phone call to when they arrived to diagnose the problem, and the completion of the project. They answered all of my questions and were courteous and helpful with coming up with repair options for my heater. I've used Strittmatters for years and I am always pleased with their work quality, price, and professional manners. I have used them for plumbing, heating, and AC issues.

Had a damaged hot water side behind my clothes washer and the leak was just under the foundation creating a big problem, the line was kinked from when it was installed from 26 years ago. The decision was made to bypass the line in the slab with a through the wall pex line. Once the line was identified, Dylan got after it and solved the problem within 1.5 hrs. Not easy at all but the end result was better than new. Thanks Dylan Taylor ~ Strittmatter, will def use you again if need be. They are also going to quote us on a new outside A/C unit.

Diagnosed issue with 7 yr old unit with coil leak - on a Saturday. Ordered parts under warranty & set expectations for repair scheduling which was within 3 business days. Hunter went above & beyond helping me set up my portable ac window vent. Very impressed with timeliness and service.
