I had HVAC system maintenance at one of my rental properties. I specifically told the tech to send me the work write up and invoice for review and then I would reach out to their office to remit payment. The company had a credit card of mine on file and charged it without my authorization. I will not be doing business with them any longer after this breach of trust.
