Ryan Okashi gave me sound advice regarding our 2 home units . Within 20 mins evaluation he found the issue. Was prompt and quick going to grab parts needed, repaired our issue and it is now back to perfect working condition. Company as a whole contacted me direct, and notified when they were in transit. Overall greatly satisfied with the patience Ryan had with my 100 questions. They are now my go to hvac maintenance company!! Thanks for great service!!

Our 2 year old system stopped blowing Cold Air : Called them out for a $69 Diagnostic HVAC Inspection. After a dubious Diagnostic Inspection which was Recorded by our Security System Trey immediately went for up selling us a New Furnace as it was installed at a different time to the external 2 year old HVAC Unit. Trey continued to refuse to tell us of any problems discovered during his Diagnostic and determinedly concentrated on up selling us a New Furnace. At this point I gave him my Visa Card and asked him to take the $69 payment and leave our dining room / house. After 4 of these requests he was still refusing to take the payment or to leave our dining room/ house, my Wife was very concerned at Trey refusing to take payment and leave after 4 requests to do so. I took back my Visa Card and literally took him to the door and showed him out. The Security System clearly shows how much time Trey had spent in his Truck and/or stood around appearing or trying to look busy. His Boss called me afterwards and I asked him to Bill me for the $69 so I could pay it with a Bank Check as because of Trey's behavior I did not trust them with my Visa Card details. His Boss (Daniel, the Manager) listened to all of the above and was very apologetic (and not seeking any payment, even though I volunteered to pay the $69) and offered to send another Technician today to try to resolve any and all of the above. I will Post the results of the 2nd visit, if and when the matter is resolved. XXXXXXXX I hung about at home all day, but the 2nd visit did not happen, the Appointment kept getting pushed back later and later before being finally cancelled by Right Choice until tomorrow, however, Daniel got involved and arranged a Technician to still get to us today. Technician Oscar came, did a quick and thorough Diagnostic Inspection. Immediately identified the reason our system was not working, a quick fix of a new 60-5 Capacitor, and gave us a full quote for additional work we could have done if we choose to do so. Thank you Oscar, Daniel and the Ladies on the phone.

Tom, the field supervisor is a pro and very nice guy , good in communication. He found the issue quickly and fixed it in an hour. Saved my day from noisy rumbling furnace unit. He was very nice to educate me on pros and cons about the job and giving me a good real picture of the issue he fixed. 5⭐ for repair guy 👍

The only thing I did not expect..well its still minor 😊.. since I have tried them first time..most ac repair companies include service charge in the repair cost if you go for repair with them, which I did right away but it did not occur in my case. but hey..no complains from on this I think issue is fixed, i hope it stays that way long enough 🤞

Excellent work, technician was knowledgeable and helpful. The Martinez family (father and two sons) knew their business and did an excellent installation of over 25 air ducts in the attic. My thanks to Tom, who started me on the path, and Joseph, who set this up.

Our technician was Sean Devlin. He was a little late but when I found out why I couldn’t be mad. He had an elderly customer before us that needed extra help with a problem at her home and he graciously stayed. Was it inconvenient? Yes, but you can’t fault a person for going above and beyond. Once he was at our house he was so attentive, and listened to us list off the problems we were experiencing. He diagnosed the problem and is even will to work with our time schedule to come back a little later to fix the diagnosed problem.

I had this company come out and replace my complete HVAC system. My electricity bills are over $300.00 a month. With the new system (Heat Pump) my electric bill should be reduced by half. The new system is great, cools the house down in minutes compared to hours like my old system. I have only had the system installed for one day but thus far it is great. I picked out the new system and purchased it over the phone (I had a good idea of what I wanted). The price was a few thousand dollars less than their competitor. Install was quicker than I imagined, only took half a day. I would recommend.
