Ryan came to my moms place to get her heating system going and he did an excellent job , she was very, very pleased 5 stars .

Update: Manny completed the job today and also assisted to complete the thermostat setup. The communication issues with the office are resolved. If you tried to call them early this week, call again, their message system was out. When I finally got through, Nataly was very helpful on the phone.

Original: Purchased a complete system and cannot get a return phone call. Tech said "call the office to set up the thermostat". Also, two things were not installed as we were told. How do you get service or resolution with no response to phone or email? I called 3 times and emailed. Still waiting. "Take the $ and run comes to mind." Unacceptable.

We were very impressed by the amazing customer service this company provided. Clarissa made sure we knew up to date information regarding our appointment and we like how they send a text letting you know who the tech is along with a picture. Ryan was our tech and he was quick, very knowledgeable and super helpful. We really appreciate him saving us from the Texas heat and getting our unit fixed. We had a great experience with this company and will continue to use them for all our air conditioning needs. Thanks!!

David and Nathan are friendly, respectful and responsive. Insisted on showing and explaining damage and work required before and after completion. Great customer care.

They provided excellent customer service. Ryan was willing to turn around from being almost home to come back and service my air conditioner late on a Friday evening after a full day of other service orders. He was there until 10 at night making sure everything was in proper working order. He then called me a few days later to follow up and make sure everything was still working properly. The commitment to customer service is exceptional!
