their technician came to my home and checked my AC unit and told me that the AC compressor is bad and they charge me a diagnostic fee of $130 so fortunately I didn’t listen to them and ask another experienced AC guy which was also technician he came and cleaned up the unit and it’s working fine no problem their diagnostic technician knew nothing about AC unit , I was almost losing $4000 and ended up fixing it for $400.

Regarding my experience Customer Service did reach out and followed up and started refund diagnostics charges . I appreciate their customer service.

This is definitely the company you're looking for! The dispatchers Katie and Kristen were great. David Nieves came out to my home promptly to address issues that were found during a home inspection. David immediately recognized the severity of the situation. Prior to David assessing the situation we had no idea that carbon monoxide was venting directly into our attic! I'm so thankful that David came out when he did, and immediately began scheduling our repairs for the next day. This company is amazing and truly cares about the safety and well-being of their clients. I highly recommend!

We had several suppliers diagnose multiple units here in Dallas, Texas but The Right Choice presented the most reasonable pricing and transparent breakdown of the needed work.

The project lead Ryan Okashi provided excellent customer service and his attention to detail is above the standard. He is pleasant to work with in getting the job completed properly and according to code--bottom line, the installation of multiple units was completed as proposed.

Appointments and deliveries were promptly provided and as promised. THe entire process from quote to finish was completed in a week.

THe techs who worked on our HVACs were very professional, quick, and thorough. They even cleaned up after the jobs were completed.

The inside receptionists and customer service were always friendly and professional in their communication.
