Our service tech was Issac. He was very knowledgeable and patient while he took the time to explain our different options. He showed us exactly where the problems were and what needed to be done to fix it.

He completed the work we decided on in a quick manner and showed us the results.

This review is regarding the customer service I received by Natalie. I've been a customer of TRC since 2018. Natalie has always made me feel like I was a valued friend of the company. She greeted my call with "Hi Ms. Murphy!" Recently, I was disappointed in some discoveries based on the services received in August that made me question the past services and that's not to say good or bad of the recent service. However, I was very uneasy about the experience and left a message for the Operational Mgr to call me back which I have yet to received. Very unusual. As I was getting ready to write just the opposite type review, I decided to call and ask for Natalie, not sure if she was still with the company bc of all the transitions. Left a message for her to call me back which she did right away. It felt so good to hear a familiar voice that I know I could rely on. As always, she listened thoroughly, understood why I had concerns, cleared up some miscommunication, assured me that they have all my service history and records so they know how serious I am about the care of my unit. She told me about the new manager and his ideas in taking service's to the level which I liked what I heard. Additionally, she said she would followup regarding my call back from mgr. TRC, these representatives are the first faces (voices) of your company for most and for me it can make all the.difference. Natalie is genuine, honest, responsive, knowledgeable, professional and knows how to build relationship with customers. Thank you Natalie, you're the best!

Our compressor quit working. Chase came out and found that a capacitor went out. He had it changed in no time, and then checked both the air and the heat to make sure everything was working as it should. He even changed our filters before he left. He was responsive, informative and courteous.
