Right Choice has been absolutely fantastic. I first reached out to have them replace a broken thermostat, then they did maintenance on my HVAC to prepare for summer and it was discovered I had faulty coils which were still under warranty. The coils have now been replaced. Everyone has made it so easy and they are all so friendly, competent, and on time with great prices. I highly recommend them for maintenance and repairs. The tech that came out to do the annual maintenance and the techs that cleaned the evaporator coils were great!!! They were very knowlegable and professional. This company has been more than patient with me in the process of financing my own project for a complete HVAC system install. I got a quote from them back in December 2021 and again in December 2022. They submitted a bid and was very patient with NACA who held the funds in escrow. They arrived in the afternoon and was finished around 5 pm. I used this company previously for maintenance and repair about a year ago, so this is not my first experience with them.
