Called to schedule an appointment for a thermostat installation. They confirmed the appt, let me know when they were on their way, arrived on time and installed my thermostat. Very pleased.

Roger is the absolute best at what he does. I have been a customer for many years, and he always takes care of my air conditioner/ heating needs!!! He kept the a/c in my home going and it managed to cool for 30 years which is pretty amazing!!! When it was time to replace, he was the person I trusted to give me a good a/c unit. Roger is friendly, fair, and honest, and you will be so happy you requested his company!!!

He requested some info on my system, diagnosed it accurately, then repaired it within 15-20 minutes and gave me some good maintenance tips. Roger talked me through various steps on the phone to help troubleshoot the machine to the best of my ability and to the limitations of the equipment I had on hand. Once he came to a conclusion, he let me know he could be there the following morning to install the part. Roger arrived promptly and installed the new blower motor and had my A/C running the following day. I grew up as an HVAC's son.
