Provided service on my heater on a Sunday. Provided me with an appointment the same day as I called and were present within the hour. The technician Richard was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly, a bad gas valve and showed me what was happening. He gave me a very fair price and was able to fix it on the spot with a replacement. He tested everything to ensure a successful repair and even did a carbon monoxide test for my peace of mind. I really liked how there was no games with Southwest or Richard, they were very friendly and did high quality work and were very clean I might add. I’ll be calling back in the spring for my AC!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Early this year they fixed my heater but messed up the air conditioning on purpose. While waiting for payment the guy said it looked like my air conditioner was gonna have issues. Didn't give it any thought because my air conditioner was working just fine. April comes and I turn on the air and it doesn't work, go figure. Scared of expenses and another bad experience, I waited till now to fix the air conditioning. Hired another company and as soon as he opened the air conditioning system, we could see the problem. The person from this company (Southwest) taped some cords so that the energy wouldn't pass. I'm going to authorities to inform this issue. So hopefully this person and company loses their license and can stop stealing from people.

Update tried to post to answer what the owner down below wrote and wasn't able to. So I'll post it here my air conditioning system is on my roof. Only two companies have checked it in the time I've owned this house. This company, that I once trusted completely (because of the good reviews) and let the guy go on the roof on his own, and the other company who I watched since he opened the refrigeration system. As soon as I wrote this review, I should of been contacted by the company, but i wasn't, even if it would've been for an apology, I would have accepted it. Company only answers here to try to do some damage control (even having my picture as evidence). You tell me why you have someone sooo untrustworthy and unethical working at your company!!! I

They were able to come out on Jan 1st, they were punctual and super friendly. I know it was a holiday but they didn’t overcharge me or anything. They quickly found my issue and were able to replace my gas valve at a fair price. Richard was super helpful and explained the problem to me. I felt super comfortable with them.

Ac stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. Called and friendly gentleman said someone would come out the same day. Technicians arrived within the hour and fixed the problem in about 10 min. Super friendly. Would definitely use again.

Very good service. They arrived on time and quickly, was able to see same day we called within a couple hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my HVAC unit and fixed the problem for me. Would highly recommend and I will for sure call them again when I need them.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Southwest Heating and Cooling Service! Had a different company out twice earlier this summer, still not working great. Finally called Southwest and the young man who came out was knowledgeable, polite and so well mannered! Everything works Great and we now have a reliable repairman❣ Thank you so very much!!!

Came out same day within two hours, and had the job completed in minutes. Very professional, came wearing masks/kept proper distancing, and explained/showed damage to part being replaced. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Southwest AC as the house now starts to cool down again!

My issue with this company was that I was told there was a fee to come and check the A/C unit but if I decided to do the work they would deduct the "show up" fee from the total cost. So the show up fee was $85, I decided I would get the work done and called to ask how much the work would cost, I was told $450, I then asked if that was with the "show up" fee included and the female on the phone said, " oh, um $400". So at this point I lost all confidence in Southwest and decided not to do business with them.

Can't say enough good things about this company!!! 100% recommend them for all your A/C and Heating needs!! Our A/C unit had went out and they were able to replace it the same day!! Our house is cooling better then ever! They truly put the Customer first!!!
