Showed up on time. Professional, got the job done. Wasnt expecting much because it was from my home warranty people but the service was great.

Would have had talks about a new water softener installation and small remodeling to my house but the 35$ for a quote was to much

They came out to repair a bath tub faucet on January 09, 2018 and it broke again on March 1, 2018. The work was completed long enough for their sorry warranty to expire at one month. The company refused to come out and repair the faucet properly. The company we had to hire said they utilized the existing broken parts and rigged them to work long enough. This company is definately not into customer service and they have never even bothered to call back to try to help. I wouldn't utilize them if I were you. I always try to leave good to great reviews, but this company will be reported to the better business bureau.

I have used Innovative Trades for multiple issues. They have yet to disappoint me. I can't say enough about the quality of service they provide. I would not hesitate to call them for any installation or repair needs.

Accurate and thorough. Explained so much about my new (old) house that will definitely help with future additions. Gives confidence to know my family is safe.

The staff at innovative trades are top notch. Not only do they make themselves available at a moments notice, their knowledge of their trade is second to none. I've dealt with terrible contractors in my time and it's always nice to not have to worry about getting ripped off.

Innovative trades replaced our air conditioner and rewired the electrical to it. They were on time, courteous, and professional. The AC is working wonderfully and we are very happy! Great job!
