I would highly recommend and use them again. They replaced and electrical power line for my AC unit and replaced a leaking ManaBlock which are very uncommon issue. They arrived on schedule and finished both jobs before the estimated time frame. Followed Safe Covid practices and cleaned up when they were done. I am a perfectionist for detail and not sure I could have done any better. Completely satisfied with their customer service and services. Well done team!!!!

I have been using Innovative for my plumbing needs for years now and I have never left a review. Today, they out did themselves. They installed my new water heater, upgraded all the fittings, went over all the work done and educated me on maintenance and care of my water heater. Very professional and informative. I HIGHLY recommend Innovative Trades for all your plumbing AND electrical needs!

We had originally called Roto Rooter (more than once) they said they would have the tech call us and we never heard from them. My husband called Innovative and they told us someone would be here in 30 minutes. Chris and Victor showed up in exactly 30 minutes and took care of the problem. We are having them come back to install a garbage disposal. We are very satisfied with the work and also the communication. Thank you Innovative.

Outstanding service from Chris and team. They quickly troubleshot and repaired the problem. They also answered several questions and booked another appointment to add an outlet in a few days. Highly recommended and I will use again for any issues.

I have relied on Innovative Trades for many years now, and recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing and/or electrical work. I met Rudy for the first time in our rental home, and he was so kind to my autistic son who tends to be wild and unpredictable. Rudy explained what he was doing and even let my son help with some of the work. That was a solid move, so when we bought our own home, I hired Innovative Trades to make some major and minor electrical work to make the house livable. I have had this team in my house many times since, and will continue to call them for any problems, repairs, or upgrades I have. Even when something is stressfully wrong, I know that my call is going to be answered and handled politely. I know when I see the Innovative Trades truck outside, my home needs are going to be fixed properly the first time and my family is going to be respected.

Had a great experience with this company. Called in and was able to have someone come same-day. They were able to fix both of my issues (washer pipe issue and toilet drain issue). From their in-office staff, to the plumbing technicians that provided the hands-on work, each treated us in a kind, professional manner. Will definitely call again for future plumbing issues.

It was great working with Innovative Trades, LLC. Beginning with the first telephone conversation with Rachel to working with the three man team (Rudy, Willie, and Fabian) in replacing a main sewer line, the customer service was on point. They were always upfront about their assessment, scheduling, and price.

The day after they completed the job, a leak began from a water line in the attic leading into a bathroom. This was a totally separate issue from the main sewer line job. I called Rachel up and she got Rudy and Willie to leave another job site to go repair my emergency. I highly recommend using this company for your plumbing needs.
