AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Rudy came out to replace my water heater that had begun to leak somewhat slowly. Little did we know it leaked ALOT. He came out and replaced the base where the water heater was located and we did a whole new water heater and custom lines. Previous owner of the house had such a mess and Rudy cleaned it all up an made is professional as can be. Pricing was definitely on point, i didn't feel like i was overcharged like other companies because of a "Pandemic". I will definitely be using Rudy and his team for all my plumbing and electrical needs!!

Innovative Trades has done several repairs at our home, underground leak, toilet, garbage disposal, water heater... We first had them assigned through a home warranty company and I'm always happy when they are assigned for a repair. They advocate for me with the warranty company to make sure I'm being treated fairly. I trust all the work they do, all the technicians who have done repairs for me are excellent and well trained. Nice people - everyone of them

Today it was repairing our water heater, but in the last two months, it’s been electrical panel repair, toilet repair, and unclogging pipes. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, repairs, kindness, and respect. I’ve known Rudy since he was 5 (and Rachel almost as long), and it’s great to see what wonderful people they are as adults. Chris and Victor have been awesome as well-so polite and efficient!
