Very impressed with sales representative once I let him in the door. He promised professional service and he delivered at 200%. Employees were very professional, polite, clean and practiced Covid-19 requirements as required by law. Highly recommend this company for your cooling and heating services.

Here is my experience with Empire. The INSTALL AND THE REPAIR. I scheduled 4 contractors for estimates in December when the work was to be done, only 3 showed up, 1 was an idiot, 1 was a good contractor I have used in the past, and the other was Edwin from Empire. I went with Empire because they were able to do the complete job, including the sheetrock work that needed to be done after my ductwork was moved from my ceiling into my attic. Very small attic, the ductwork pretty much fills it but wow my house looks great now because of it. Anyway Edwin was by far the most knowledgeable of the contractors. He explained every detail to me from start to finish (I like that because my wife always has 1000 questions afterwards I have to answer). His crew was awesome, as my luck would have it, it froze the night the new system was installed, but they made sure my heater was working properly before they left so I never went without heat. It took 5 days for them to finish the job including the sheetrock work and patching all the old register holes in every room, and adding 12 inches of insulation in the attic. My system is AWESOME, I had a repair done today, I called, they sent the technician to diagnose it, and another tech showed up that same day to install the parts. Way to go EMPIRE, thank you so much for your professionalism and customer service. I forgot I qualified for 60 months no interest!!! Don't regret not calling EDWIN from EMPIRE, these guys rock!!!

Edwin came out to provide an estimate to have ductwork redone and a new unit installed. He is very knowledgeable in his profession, very kind, and also has top-of-the-line customer service skills. At first I was hesitant, however, his impeccable skills, experience, wisdom, and positive personality have me feeling much more confident in what's to come next.

Empire's crew arrived on time and setup both units the same day. Everything they promised was delivered. Crew responded very honestly on any question I had during the installation. I recommend this company to anyone looking for hvac conversion.

We are very pleased that we chose Empire to replace our HVAC units. They not only replaced the units but noticed that we had to make changes inside the house for the units to work better. They gave us great customer service. All the workers were professional, fast and made a great job.

They promptly installed refrigerated air on May 10, a/c operated flawlessly all summer! When cold snap arrived October 26, apparently heater switch was not activated! Had problems with cold! Edwin was called by neighbors since they also had issues with their heater! Luckily Edwin came over and activated heating unit in this home and will return to replace fuse in neighbors home today! Talk about efficient! Too bad this predicament wasn't explained in the heat of the summer!

I've used them now for a total of 3 years. They are an excellent team of individuals. The supervisor has my number and constantly checks on this system and provides the best advice to keep it manageable. I encourage you to use them above all others. Im especially gratful for how they trest.my home: making sure the service provided is constantly set up to meet the needs of each member in my household . I can't say enough good things about Empire.
