Edwin listed every thing that they would be providing upon installation. I must say Rachel and every thing stated in the estimate was completed just as he laid out. Omar and his team were very up front and friendly. Each phase was completed an all my questions were answered. Jop was completed same day. All quality materials & gave instructions on how to use the equipment.

I want to thank the entire Empire Refrigeration team that took part in installing my refrigerated air system. Edwin, Adam, Peter, Pedro, David, Brandon and the rest of the team members that went above and beyond when performing their duties. From start to finish all around professional, courteous, detail minded and not to mention very knowledgeable. Everyone seemed in sync and took care of business with a great attitude. And did I mention fast, got my conversion done in less than 2 days (2 AC units with furnaces), never rushed they are just that organized and efficient. Last and most definitely not least, economical, price was very reasonable compared to other quotes (savings of 2k less than the next priced option) Great bunch of guys… will be recommending.

The install went better than expected. Started on time, a well timed operation took the whole day, and cold air by 1700. The various teams from demolition, to sheet metal and install, and electrician were all professional, focused, and friendly considering cvd-19. They wore masks and kept work areas clean and disinfected surfaces prior to leaving. Multiple follow ups by Edwin and comfort manager Hugo. I was given a written proposal by their representative Edwin Martinez. He explained everything with expertise detail and honesty. He was patient and courteous. Thier prices are most competitive, and their service is Exceptional. On the day of installation, there were at one time, about seven people working in my house. Each in their designated area of expertise. The work was done efficiently and properly. They took care of other little issues that came up during the installation, and were done without additional cost to me. I am 100% satisfied with this company.

We contacted multiple HVAC businesses and Empire Refrigeration was by far the best. They responded quickly to my inquiry and the initial free estimate/consultation with Edwin was great. He evaluated our house, gave us his recommendations and provided us a detailed quote of the cost as well as all the specific items that would be included. When the team arrived to do the removal of our Evap Cooler and the installation of the new A/C and furnace, they worked quickly and kept our house as clean as possible during the process. Had these guys put in the Refrigerated Air Conditioner in our house and it has been a Godsend! They came out it in in 1 day tops, that afternoon a cleanup crew made sure it was all clean before they left. If I have ever had a question, or if something has needed to be looked at they are here within the hour! We are very happy with the service! Plus they worked with us on making payments!
