Edwin from Empire was very professional and knowledge about the product. Edwin always responded to my questions at anytime of the day or evening. Everything that was promised to us was delivered. Their Installation team was also very courteous and professional. I am very please with my new two stage system. I so glad we chose Empire Refrigeration!

Empire Refrigeration did an outstanding job! Edwin checked out the problems we were having with cooling our home as it is long and our existing unit just was not cooling one side of the house. He came up with a plan to cool the kitchen, office, and laundry room with a smaller second unit. They were able to schedule our installation very quickly. The installation team was very knowledgeable and professional. We are all so happy with the results. It has made the biggest difference. I can cook, dry clothes and work in my office without being HOT. So, so happy! Thank you!!

Empire Refrigeration installed a new 4-ton unit and furnace combo in one day. Their team demonstrated an exceptionally professional nature and worked very efficiently. The quality of their work was fantastic and my home was up and running with smart thermostat setup before sundown. Special thanks to Frank, Eric, Angel and Edwin.

Mr. Martinez came to my house to provide the estimate and explained the process of the installation and the removal of the old swamp cooler and heater. Mr. Martinez’s team were very friendly and professional. When all the work was completed, you could not tell that they were here. Mr. Martinez explained the maintenance of the new HVAC system and if I had any more questions to just call it text him. I will be referring Empire Refrigeration to friends and family.

I called them for maintenance purposes because they were referred by the Trane Website. I had to reschedule 3 times because they never showed up for any of the scheduled times. I cannot believe I gave them 3 chances. Be carefull to all those who seek their service and are first time clients. I have no idea how people actually get service performed by them. I have no idea how Empire functions as a company. Be careful to all.

I am very satisfied with the work done by Empire Refrigeration. My bf recommended Empire to me and my family, and after a quick meeting with Edwin (awesome representative btw), we were sold. He provided us with an educator discount, provided us with transparency, and made sure that we would be taken care of quickly and effectively. The workers were also super friendly and very respectful of our home, family (as we have two people working from home on phone calls), and time. They fixed things that needed repairs, added an extra vent in our living room, and even repaired our ceiling right back to normal (it looks like there wasn’t even a big gaping hole). They made sure to clean up any messes that were made and any other problems that may have come up. They clearly explained how everything works - the dos and don’ts and all. AND, the air feels great! I would highly recommend to friends, family, and any others who are looking to convert to refrigerated air. Thank you, Empire! 🤗

Went with Empire to converted to refrigerator air. Edwin did the paperwork and made the appointment to install. The day of the installation, they installed the unit. The installers did a horrible job. My roof was not patched right, the ducts were to long(the air wasn't cooling one of the rooms), they left trash in the attic and the main duct took the whole closet space (which Edwin explained to me that was not going to happen). Tech needed to replace two vents and never went back. The main air duct to the unit was not on right. I found out a week later when I got solar panels. My unit makes a loud noise when the unit is on from the outside. Called Edwin and informed him. He sent a tech out to fix it. A few days went by and the unit started making the same noise. My unit made a loud sound then shut off, did not want to cool. Called Edwin, he gave me attitude and said he made a work order. He told me if they don't make it, it because they closed. I'm very disappointed! My unit was just installed last year and I have several problems. As a single parent with a toddler, a parent and an autistic sister in the house this company took advantage of me!

Hugo and the entire team assigned for our new installation were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional . The entire job from beginning to end was very thorough and professional. They explained the entire procedure thoroughly and respectfully answered all our questions. Will be happy to recommend them and your company.
