I met with Edwin back in February this year and he was absolutely amazing. He got the job done in an efficient and professional manner, he and his team were done installing the whole system in a day. He takes the time to go the extra mile for you as a customer, and to make sure he is accessible to you after installation with any questions you might have. I highly recommend using this company!

These guys were fantastic. Edwin came by one day with the paperwork, we got the financing squared away and in 2 days they were here. They installed the proper system for a house our size. And they were done in one day. Then they came by to make sure everything was fitted properly. They even cleaned after themselves. Peter and Edwin were fantastic and answered all of our questions. We would definitely recommend this company again. I have used them since 2018 and I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants or needs a ac/heater unit. It's worth it and the monthly bills are lower , I guarantee it. You gotta love your EMPIRE AND REFRIGERATION GUYS they are COOL.

Called around to get a quote for a brand new furnace for my
Moms house Came across Empire Refrigeration, and I couldn’t be MORE happy with the work they provided. From the initial call, to the estimate and last the installation! All I can say is the customer service I was given was excellent!
With the season changing To our colder weather , we called because the furnace wasn’t heating properly and let me express we were taken care of right away! the technician was excellent and fixed the issue right right away. So far Empire has been a very good company to work with. Hugo Escalante has been very helpful from the quote to the paperwork to answering questions. The price has been very good especially since I am installing 2 air conditioning systems. Everything up to this point has been a real pleasure to work with Empire Refrigeration. They are supposed to start the install of my units tomorrow so I will update my review based on the install as well when that is completed.

As of this point I would definitely recommend Empire Refrigeration to anyone and will definitely call them back for any service I may need in the future.

I did a conversion from swamp cooler to central air. They were very professional and answered all my questions. Edwin kept us informed through the process. His crew did the work in less than one day and were very polite. They even cleaned up the area. They were great! They had great deals and a reasonable finance plan.

Everyone was very professional from the estimate process with Hugo, who was very knowledgeable and informative, and installation techs Adam and Alex, Roof and drywall, David, and the electricians throughout the whole process. They answered all our questions throughout everything and find their prices most competitive and reasonable. Overall had a very positive experience and we are enjoying the ease of our new system!
